These Terms apply to the FLIP website at flipfunlearn.com and the digital products presented through it. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND FULFILLMENT
FLIP offers completed digital publications, including printable activity packs and educational ebooks. Products are sold as one-time purchases unless a product page clearly states otherwise. No physical product is shipped. The purchased file is delivered automatically through the checkout provider; FLIP does not require customization or manual work after purchase.
Product images are previews. Colors and printed size can vary with the customer’s screen, printer, paper, margins, and print settings. Customers are responsible for suitable equipment, software, paper, ink, and any cutting or writing supplies described on the product page.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and included features are shown on the relevant product page. Prices may change for future purchases. The price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, is the price charged. Payments, receipts, applicable taxes, download access, refunds, and chargebacks may be administered by the checkout provider acting as merchant of record.
LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless a product page grants broader rights, a purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased file for the customer’s own permitted use. Customers may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, copy for commercial distribution, remove ownership notices from, or claim authorship of a FLIP product.
All rights not expressly granted remain with FLIP or the applicable rights holder. Brand names or independently summarized frameworks mentioned for educational context remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or certification.
EDUCATIONAL AND HEALTH INFORMATION
FLIP products provide general educational information. They do not guarantee academic, professional, fitness, health, pregnancy, or other outcomes.
Movement and Pilates publications are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or individual coaching. Age or pregnancy alone does not establish that an exercise is suitable. Customers should obtain individual advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when needed and follow all safety warnings in the publication. Stop an activity and seek appropriate assistance if pain, dizziness, faintness, severe breathlessness, bleeding, contractions, fluid leakage, chest pain, or another concerning symptom occurs.
Children’s products must be selected and supervised by a responsible adult. Adults are responsible for safe printing, cutting, setup, and use of small pieces or household materials.
REFUNDS
Refund requests are governed by the FLIP Return and Refund Policy, the procedures of the checkout provider, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, transmit malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or use its content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may correct errors, update descriptions, change prices for future purchases, or discontinue content. We do not promise uninterrupted website or download availability, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified delivery problems.
